Getting Started

As an affiliate, you’ll receive meals for either 4 or 7 days per week, based on your preferences and goals.

We offer three calorie-level options:
1200 or 2000 calorie plans – Same meals, different portion sizes. These include all food groups and a variety of protein sources (excluding red meat).
1500 calorie plan – A plant-based, vegetarian option.
