POLISH PIEROGIES - Savory meal with ethnic overtones consisting of sausage, in-house sodium restricted sauerkraut, pierogies with a flavorful sauce, and sliced apples in plum sauce.

Tuesday

APPLE-CINNAMON MUFFIN & FRUITED YOGURT

ROBUST POTATO SKINS - A lunch favorite. Potato skins with cheese sauce and a sour cream topping. Served with fruit and dessert.

CHICKEN AND DRESSING WITH VEGETABLES -Marinated oven roasted chicken, served with a side of oriental style green beans in a ginger sauce, a walnut bread dressing and applesauce.

Wednesday

MOIST & FLAVORFUL ORANGE BREAD served with cream cheese and fruit.

FRESH SPRING SALAD - A heavenly salad with a variety of toppings served with a chilled vegetable sipper and cracker.

MOSTACCIOLI - A cheesy Italian SSHE specialty of al-dente wheat pasta lightly covered with tomato sauce. Especially tasty with a healthy vegetable and dinner roll.

Thursday

BAKED EGGS WITH CHEESE & BREAD served with a fruit drink.

SSHE'S VERY OWN SAVORY TOMATO RICE STEW - A hearty tomato stew with crunchy cheese toast and craisins.

SALMON FILLET - A grilled salmon fillet on a bed of couscous topped with dill sauce, served with asparagus spears.

Friday

APPLE-CINNAMON OATMEAL WITH FRUIT

FRESH CAESAR SALAD - Hearts of tender romaine, Caesar dressing, and shredded cheese served with a zucchini muffin and almonds.

TUNA VEGGIE DELUXE DINNER SANDWICH - A delicious dinner sandwich on rye bread with tartar sauce, served with juice and a delightful dessert.

Saturday

COUNTRY OMELET WITH SAUSAGE served with juice and bread.

POPULAR SPINACH CALZONE - A pocket filled with spinach, cheese and spices with a zesty sauce for dipping and a side of cranberries and walnuts. 

CLASSIC STUFFED PEPPER - A fresh green pepper stuffed and baked with seasoned rice and meat, accompanied by cornbread and marinara sauce.

Sunday

EILEEN'S FAVORITE FAMILY SECRET FRUIT BREAD & CITRUS FRUIT

SOUTHWESTERN BEAN & PASTA SALAD - A tasty pasta salad with flavors of the southwest, plus a delectable treat of Pacific pineapple bread pudding.

ACAPULCO TACO PIE WITH CRUNCHY CORN SALAD - A wonderfully interesting vegetarian combination on tomatoes, cheese and spices baked together along with chips, authentic salsa, and a crunchy corn salad

Monday

HIGH-FIBER COLD CEREAL with dried fruits and nuts.

BBQ ON TEXAS CRUST - Meaty BBQ with shredded cheese atop a tasty crust, served with crisp garden fresh carrots and grapes.
