GARDEN PATTY on a bun, served with old fashioned, hearty potato soup and baked beans.

Wednesday

FRENCH TOAST & VEGGIE SAUSAGE served with spiced apple topping.

SALSA CHICKEN SANDWICH -A seasoned broiled chicken breast topped with salsa on a fresh baked roll, served with seasonal fruit.

BAKED TILAPIA with mango topping served on a bed of long grain rice accompanied by parsleyed carrots.

Thursday

Pick-Up/Delivery

COUNTRY COLD FLAX CEREAL with dried fruits and nuts.

POCKET PITA - A slice of aged Swiss cheese, garbanzo beans and fresh garden greens all tucked in a whole wheat pita pocket with a refreshing yogurt cucumber dressing and petite orange.

VEGETABLE CHOP SUEY over a bed of fluffy rice, served with a vegetable egg roll and cookie.

Friday
BREAKFAST WRAP WITH SALSA & Juice

WHOLE BAKED POTATO WITH CHILI The popular baked potato with ground turkey and vegetables in a tomato base topped with aged Cheddar cheese.

HEIRLOOM RAVIOLI - Cheese stuffed ravioli smothered with a hearty tomato sauce with healthful broccoli spears and garlic toast.

Saturday

CLASSIC CINNAMON RAISIN OATMEAL with a wheat English muffin and fruit spread.

BOUNTIFUL BARLEY SOUP - Variations of vegetables, barley and meat simmered to a pleasing flavor served with a small apple.

GNOCCHI WITH PESTO SAUCE served with asparagus, almonds and dried pineapple.

TORTELLINI VEGETABLE SOUP - A hearty soup of tortellini and garden fresh veggies simmered in a rich broth, accompanied by a fresh spinach salad with nuts, dressing and a rye bun.

SPAGHETTI WITH MEAT SAUCE - A Seattle Sutton specialty. Chunky meat sauce on top of whole wheat pasta, accompanied by our best celery cheese bake and spiced peach.

Monday
CARROT MUFFIN WITH YELLOW RAISINS & ALMONDS

RADIATTORE PASTA SALAD - A unique luncheon of pasta salad with flaked salmon served with a miniature peanut snack and fresh fruit.
