COLD PUMPKIN FLAX CEREAL with a side of fresh pineapple spears

MOZZARELLA BAKE - An exciting lunch entree with just the right amount of subtle herb flavor served with nutritious Brussels sprouts.

CABBAGE SPRING ROLL on a bed of rice served with a herb roasted tomato and snack.

Wednesday

SSHE'S FRUIT GRANOLA BAR & GRAPE JUICE

CHICKEN WITH PINEAPPLE SAUCE - A boneless chicken breast covered with pineapple chunks and julienne carrots in a Hawaiian sauce sprinkled with bread crumbs and baked, served with our healthy slaw and dessert.

SIGNATURE PIZZA - A generous portion of fresh tasty pizza with trendy toppings. Served with tropical fruit salad.

Thursday

PANCAKES & SAUSAGE served with blueberry topping and pineapple-orange juice.

BLACK BEAN & SEAFOOD JAMBALAYA served with a corn muffin.

TURKEY PARMESAN - Turkey with simply delicious basil cheese sauce served with asparagus and parsleyed potatoes.

Friday

OLD-FASHIONED BANANA BREAD & FRESH FRUIT


PICNIC SALAD - Homemade cheese dip made from mild Cheddar and Monterey Jack cheese served with a hearty grain bagel, accompanied by a toss of snow peas, red and yellow peppers and purple cabbage in a lime juice mixture.

BAKED FISH ALMONDINE - A baked cod fillet lightly sprinkled with a Parmesan cheese topping garnished with sliced almonds, served with roasted quartered potatoes, snap peas & dessert.

Saturday

WHEAT ENGLISH MUFFIN & BING CHERRIES served with roasted peanut spread.

CHICKEN SALAD ON RYE BREAD - Tender morsels of white meat, and fresh celery pieces tossed in a flavorfully seasoned dressing served on hearty rye bread, accompanied by fresh fruit.

ROSALEE'S STUFFED SHELLS - Jumbo pasta shells stuffed with Florentine and cheese in a tomato pesto sauce, served with a fresh garden salad, tasty dressing and breadstick.

Sunday

CHEESE BLINTZ & BREAKFAST JUICE

TERIYAKI CHICKEN SANDWICH - A chilled marinated chicken fillet seasoned with tarragon, chives and parsley, served with a fresh baked bun and fruit.

RICE CONQUESTO - Red beans and rice baked to perfection with a cheese topping and a side dish of stewed tomatoes, served with a delectable corn muffin.

HOMEMADE GRANOLA & FRUITED YOGURT

SOUTHWEST FIESTA VEGGIE STUFFED SANDWICH - A pocket filled with southwest veggies served with a side salad topped with fresh sugar snap peas and delicious dressing.
